Tishelle and Jonathan

So the big day has come and past. The fun part has begun for me. It was such a pleasure being able to photograph the wedding of Tishelle and Jonathan. They are a testament that you can do anything you want, with love and dedication (even in 3 months, LOL).

The day before the wedding, the weather was a bit HORRIBLE. By the next morning, the sun was shining as if the Creator was trying to purify the land to usher in this union.

Everything seemed to go according to schedule. There were some little speed bumps during the day, but, T and J have a great support network that smoothed out the road for them.

I can't believer how much I smiled during the wedding. You would have thought it was my daughter getting married. :) I must admit, I did cry once during the reception. When J's dance with his mom was interrupted by his little brother, his brother started crying and that was IT for me! I had to tell my assistant to take over for a few minutes. LOL.

You just can't do a man like that! :)

Tishelle and Jonathan - Engagement

Love, and I mean real love stands up against all odds. It has a way of reminding us all how integral a part it should be in all of our lives.

When I was asked to shoot the wedding of Tishelle and Jonathan by a mutual friend, I hesitated initially. Once I agreed, it ended up being one of the best decisions I've made in a while.

T&T met each other in H.S., so I decided to go back to the place they got started as a tribute to who they are.

We had a lot of fun getting to know each other. I had fun observing them showing love to each other. It was a great morning

Congrats to Greg and Collette

On Friday, September 15th, I assisted Ron Abernethy with the wedding of the newly married Gregory and Collette Hines at the Westbury Manor.

It was a great pleasure to photograph a couple completed dedicated to each other and their future together. I wish them many years of success and happiness in their marriage.

I only wish that I was the lead photographer at the event so that I would have a greater opportunity to show the beauty of their day. However, I'm certain Ron through his mastery will convey the sentiment I feel is apropriate.

Lenny and Daisy

I had the pleasure of covering the "Getting Hitched with Kiss" as the 3rd Photographer with my friend's Ron Abernethy and Rob Munroe today. Lenny and Daisy won the contest after several weeks of competition with the 98.7 Kiss FM in NY. They won an all expenses paid wedding with contributions from dozens of vendors. I can't think of a couple more deserving!

They were welcoming and appreciative throughout the entire process. They showed and abundant level of affection for each other that made capturing the wedding a blessing. So much so, that the 3 of us photographers played paparazzi as we followed them to one of their favorite bars after the wedding.


We took the opportunity to just capture the newly married couple and their friends in a relaxed setting. It was a golden chance to photograph the 'real' Lenny and Daisy!

We even got a chance to take some shots with NY's Bravest. It was a beautiful day well spent with a beautiful and friendly couple.

Congrats Lenny and Daisy! I am extremely happy for you both.

July 2005 has been a great month...

Haven't really posted hear much... But, I will begin again to keep a record of my progress.... Here are some milestones.

Ushering in...

We did Usher last week during the Hot 97 Usher VIP. The photos are up on the www.Hot97.com website...But, we will be posting them in larger formats soon. Sorry for the delays in getting this site updated...We've been focusing on 'getting' the content as opposed to posting it.

Additionally, we will be likely making some changes to our gallery. We may go the flash route for some of our more prominent shoots. (Sorry folks, its that whole intellectual property thing. :) )

We have decided to add weddings to our business model. Our rates are coming soon on the site, but, if you have an inquiry, please feel free to use our contact form to inquire.
